2008_05 OCC Family Camp

Back up to Foxton for a full-on, but fun and worthwhile weekend together.

2008_04 Power Up Camp!

What an awesome week! Shelley, Marty, Monica, Pete, Kelsey and I headed away with 30 of the Power Up kids to Foxton Bible Camp to join others from Foxton and Auckland. (Including Mum and Chris!) It seemed to rain at all the right times so we were able to get out each day with the kids! The theme of the camp was superheroes. It was so cool to be able to share with the kids that real superheroes were ones that put God's Word into action . . . to make a difference in their world. It was great to see some of them respond to the message at camp. The challenge is to continue to pray and follow up the kids who made decisions at camp.
